FAQ
-
At what age do you recommend sleep training?Babies are developmentally ready to learn to sleep through the night by 4 months of age.
-
Is it too late to sleep train my child? We work with newborns, toddlers, and children who are already in school so we don't believe in "too late to sleep train." If you're ready, let's do this!
-
I room share with my child- can I still sleep train?Yes! Room sharing is perfectly fine and will be considered when creating your child’s sleep plan. If you are bed sharing, we will ask that you move your child into a crib or pack n’ play in your room.
-
Do I have to let my child cry it out?Cry it out (CIO), otherwise known as extinction, is an effective method of sleep training- however, we want you to feel comfortable with your sleep training plan. We provide different methods and approaches if you want to avoid CIO and we will always work together to determine how to best help your child achieve better sleep.

What is a discovery call? The discovery call is our first opportunity to chat and get to know each other. You’ll tell us more about the problem(s) you are trying to solve and we’ll chat with you about what package is best for your situation and a realistic goal for your child. It’s a chance for you to get to know your sleep consultant and vice versa. We want you to feel like we’re a fit for you because we are going to be chatting A LOT if we end up working together.

Do you offer “gentle, no cry” methods?Let me be candid here.... there is no method that involves no crying at all. In fact, babies need to cry because that is the only way for them to communicate. However, you can always offer your child comfort while implementing your sleep plan.
